President

President's rule has come into force in Bihar state of India.

The Union Cabinet had recommended to President APJ Abdul Kalam that President's rule should be imposed in Bihar.

Earlier on Sunday, Governor Buta Singh had recommended imposition of President's rule in the state in the absence of possibility of formation of a new government in Bihar.
